How to use
BY INGESTION: Take 1 drop of essential oil 1 to 3 times a day mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil. It can also be diluted in natural oil by adding 30 drops for each 30 ml oil and take 1 ml from this mixture 3 times a day.
COSMETIC: Dilute one drop of essential oil for each 2 ml carrier oil (normal dilution) into a jar. Stir to get a completely homogeneous mixture. Apply it by a gently massage.
