· Add an almond-sized amount of massage oil to the palm of your hand, rub between your hands to warm it with your body heat, inhale deeply and apply to the stomach, below the navel and on the sternum. Massage in a circular motion on the lower abdomen, then continue on the stomach and move upwards towards the sternum, then tap and massage intensely in a circular motion on the thymus gland (located between the breasts).
Continue the massage by adding a small amount to the inside of the wrists and massaging until the oil is fully absorbed. Finish with a massage on the soles of the feet. Apply aromatic oil, massage the feet, locate any painful areas and intensify the massage on these points.
