· Add an almond-sized amount of oil to your hands and apply it to the cervical and dorsal areas, massaging it in to aid penetration. You can also apply it to the lumbar area and lower back using self-massage techniques.
· Make small circular movements from points 1-2, sliding towards points 3-4 and 5-6. Follow the path of the muscles and focus on the painful points, which correspond to the points of greatest tension.
· Breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly and regularly.
