FIRST USE:  

· Remove the cotton from the stick.  

· Carefully apply 10-20 drops of the bottle along the cotton.  

· Place the cotton in the inhaler stick and close it with the base.  

TIPS ON USAGE:  

· Place the stick under a nostril and breathe in depth. Repeat this action with the other nostril.  

· From 12 years old, 3-6 applications a day as needed.
