Remove the screw cap and discard it. Place the attached cap with the hole for the dosing syringe. Remove the seal. Separate the syringe from the protector. Insert the syringe into the bottle through the hole in the cap. Draw up 2 ml of product, remove it and add it to the palm of your hand. Apply to the anal area with your fingertips, massaging gently. Frequency: before bedtime and after each bowel movement. Clean the syringe and place it in the protector.
