1 drop of essential oil 1-3 times a day mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil, honey, cane sugar or on a specific neutral pill (1 ml of lemongrass essential oil contains 15 drops).
HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS
· All essential oils are not recommended for pregnant women, during breastfeeding, and for children under 6 years old, in some cases for children under 12 years old, and in others, they are reserved for adults.
· The general usage is as follows: 1 drop of essential oil 1 to 3 times a day, mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil. Follow the usage instructions indicated on the box strictly.
· This oil can be used as a cooking ingredient adjusting the quantities, as flavors might be too intense.
· Cosmetic essential oils are not for internal use.
· It is not advisable to take essential oils internally in a continuous way.
· In general, food essential oils can also be used for cosmetic purposes.
TOPICAL USE
· Muscle weakness, weakness in the legs: add 30 drops of lemongrass oil to 100 ml of virgin macadamia nut oil, shake the mixture and massage from the feet towards the groin area. Frequency: 1-2 times a day.
ORAL USE
· Helicobacter pylori: add 10 drops of lemongrass oil to 30 ml of virgin evening primrose oil, shake the mixture and take every 8 hours, before meals, for 15 days. Then reduce to 2 doses for 1 week and 1 dose for the following week. Rest for 1 week and restart treatment if necessary.
INHALATION
· Insects (repellent effect): add 1 ml of lemongrass oil to an essential oil diffuser or humidifier and diffuse for 25 minutes at a time.

PRECAUTIONS
· Contains high levels of aliphatic aldehydes (geranial, neral), which may cause skin irritation. For this reason, people with frequent skin allergies are advised to test the product before use by applying 1 drop to the inside of the forearm.
· Pregnancy: do not use, as its effects on the uterus are unknown. In vitro studies show that it may act as a uterine antispasmodic due to the oestrogenic potential of citral.
· Breastfeeding: do not use due to the oestrogenic potential of citral.
· Do not use on children under 12 years of age. The allergenic potential is very high and could cause sensitisation.
