1 drop of essential oil 1-3 times a day mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil, honey, cane sugar or on a specific neutral pill (1 ml of carrot seed essential oil contains 15 drops).
HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS
· All essential oils are not recommended for pregnant women, during breastfeeding, and for children under 6 years old, in some cases for children under 12 years old, and in others, they are reserved for adults.
· The general usage is as follows: 1 drop of essential oil 1 to 3 times a day, mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil. Follow the usage instructions indicated on the box strictly.
· This oil can be used as a cooking ingredient adjusting the quantities, as flavors might be too intense.
· Cosmetic essential oils are not for internal use.
· It is not advisable to take essential oils internally in a continuous way.
· In general, food essential oils can also be used for cosmetic purposes.
TOPICAL USE
· Devitalised, prematurely aged skin: add 10 drops of carrot oil to 15 ml of virgin apricot kernel oil, shake the mixture and apply as a night serum before bedtime to the face, neck and décolleté. It can also be combined with Bulgarian rose floral water.
ORAL USE
· Cholesterol (hypercholesterolaemia): add 10 drops of carrot oil to 30 ml of virgin argan oil, shake the mixture and take 1 ml 2-3 times a day before main meals. Take for 15 days, rest for 1 week and restart the treatment. Reduce the dose according to improvement and establish a maintenance dose (1 dose per day with breaks after 2 weeks of taking it).

PRECAUTIONS
· It is slightly photosensitising.
· Given its weak oestrogenic activity, it should not be used in conjunction with anti-oestrogenic therapy in cases of hormone-dependent cancer.
· For topical use, always dilute in a vegetable carrier at the established dilutions.
· Not suitable for atmospheric diffusion.
· Pregnancy and breastfeeding: do not use, as it reduces spontaneous uterine contractions and has a weak oestrogenic action.
· Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
