1 drop of essential oil 1-3 times a day mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil, honey, cane sugar or on a specific neutral pill (1 ml of bay laurel essential oil contains 25 drops).
HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS
· All essential oils are not recommended for pregnant women, during breastfeeding, and for children under 6 years old, in some cases for children under 12 years old, and in others, they are reserved for adults.
· The general usage is as follows: 1 drop of essential oil 1 to 3 times a day, mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil. Follow the usage instructions indicated on the box strictly.
· This oil can be used as a cooking ingredient adjusting the quantities, as flavors might be too intense.
· Cosmetic essential oils are not for internal use.
· It is not advisable to take essential oils internally in a continuous way.
· In general, food essential oils can also be used for cosmetic purposes.
TOPICAL USE
· Neck pain, back pain, neuralgia: apply 5-6 drops of noble laurel oil to the neck and rub in to reduce pain.
· Bed sores, pressure ulcers: add 20 drops of noble laurel oil to 30 ml of St. John’s Wort lipid extract, shake the mixture and apply gently to the ulcer. It can also be vaporised.
ORAL USE
· Intestinal putrefaction, intestinal cleansing: add 12 drops of noble laurel oil to 30 ml of virgin olive oil, shake and take 1 ml of the mixture after main meals for a period of 1 week. Take equivalent breaks.
INHALATION
· Shyness, lack of courage (psychoaromatherapeutic effect): not usually recommended at 100%, but can be used. Add 10 drops of noble laurel oil to an inhaler stick and inhale deeply before the test, challenge or critical moment. Combines well with citrus oils.

PRECAUTIONS
· As it contains methyl isoeugenol, people with frequent skin allergies are advised to test it before use by applying
1 drop to the inside of the forearm.
· Pregnancy: do not use due to its spasmolytic effects on the uterus.
· Breastfeeding: do not use.
· Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
