Apply at night before going to bed, 4 drops of the oil on each wrist and another 4 drops on the inner side of each forearm (plexus area), gently massaging with circular motions until fully absorbed. Apply 4 drops under the nose, lightly press and perform a gentle circular massage, extending it to the sides of the nose on both sides while breathing deeply. Then apply 4 drops to the center of the sternum, massage gently and apply light pressure to this point. Breathe deeply and go to bed.
